The restaurant Ori Pari is located among the vineyards of Boca, a small village in the hills of Borgomanero in the province of Novara. The management is friendly and the food here is typical of the area.

The 80 seats are divided between the “sala della vecchia stufa” the “saletta” and “tavoli degli amici". The “sala della vecchia stufa” is well suited for romantic couples, big dinners, lunch with the family and wedding receptions ( seats 50/60 people), the “saletta” is ideal for peaceful business lunches or for small gatherings, the “tavoli degli amici" brings to mind the merende (snacks) such as homemade salami “duja”, mountain cheeses and a good bottle of wine.

From bread to bread sticks, fresh pasta, from desserts to pastries, everything is prepared on site on a daily basis. The choice of ingredients is very sensitive to the land and the seasons and gives priority to quality.

Among the dishes, we recommend the risotto with braised duck breast, tajarin with trevisana and Barbera, suckling pig roasted with olives, lamb shanks cooked in hay, chocolate cake with a soft centre.

As for the wine cellar, there is a selection of 350 labels ranging from wines from Piedmont and national wines which are available. Priority is given the wines of the hills of Novara, including Boca doc, Ghemme docg, Fara doc, vespoline and bonarde. A prominent place also Gattinara docg and the various coasts of the Sesia up to the high Piedmont Nebbiolo. A strong presence of wines of the Langhe and from Monferrato completes the list of Piedmont’s wines.
